Wrest Park and its Gardens: A Journey through Garden History

Andrew Hann, the Properties Historian Team Leader at English Heritage, will be a guide through the three centuries of landscape design history on display at Wrest Park in Bedfordshire. In addition to a variety of formal and informal gardens, romantic vistas and woodland walks, the 19th century mansion at Wrest Park is surrounded by a number of fascinating garden buildings including the 18th century Bowling Green House, a striking Chinese Bridge and Temple, picturesque bath house and the spectacular Archer Pavilion with its stunning interior and views down the Long Water canal.
