Visit to The Old Rectory, Thruxton

Visit the this four-acre garden, with Plant Heritage and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding Herefordshire countryside and Hay Bluff. Created in 2007 the garden is constantly evolving and incudes a two-acre formal garden with yew and hornbeam hedges providing a backdrop for mixed borders along with woodland borders, part walled vegetable parterre, heritage orchard with Herefordshire varieties and wildlife pond. Seating dispersed around the garden for visitors to relax and enjoy the views.
