OK so last week was deffo summer but we have now descended into autumn. Full on jumpers and fires on in the house (or just the thermostats up!) What have we curated for you this week? We start with NYBG and new forms of public space that foster environmental health, resilience, social cohesion and well-being; Next we have the Suffolk Wildlife Trust and Stag Beetles; The Gardens Trust bring us Garden Archaeology at Farnborough Hall; Then Durham University with their COP26 Event Series: A nation that rebuilds soil rebuilds itself; Want to get into Botanical Illustration? Well RHS Harlow Carr can help; Mancent then take us on a journey to ancient Rome to see the productive and beautiful plots of the time; the weekend brings not just one but 2 conferences that you may want to check out by Art from the Heart on ECOfeminism and then the LCGD with their inaugural conference called Horti:couture - Plants, Gardens and Fashion and as always we have a Plant heritage national collection of the gorgeous  and ferny POLYPODIUMS! This week we also have a couple of catchups with Kofi Boone - Black Landscapes Matter and Landscapes of the Mind about the Highline in New York BBC Radio 4. What a week!!
