Orchid Paradise and Flora of Ecuador at Botanical Garden of Quito
Ecuador is considered the country of Orchids as it registers more than 4300 species of these unique plants! To celebrate and share this great biodiversity, the Botanical Garden has two orchids that are the permanent home of almost 2,000 orchids, both native and from other countries. You will marvel at the large number of colors, shapes, as well as a great variety of flora from Ecuador’s different ecosystems.
