Castle debates convene a panel to discuss the outcomes of COP15, the Convention on Biological Diversity held in Montreal, Canada in December 2022 under China’s presidency.The Convention on Biological Diversity is an international agreement to protect the world’s natural resources, adopted by every UN Member State except for the USA which has signed but not ratified the Treaty.
