Branch Out - Windrush Day: Ceramic Workshop

To commemorate the 75th anniversary of the arrival of the Empire Windrush at Tilbury Docks, join the Garden Museum for a ceramic workshop celebrating the birds and flowers of the Caribbean. Inspired by the ceramic artworks of Jamaican-born artist, actor, and potter Rudi Patterson (1933-2013) , our Head of Learning, Janine Nelson, will teach visitors how to create birds from clay.
