London Bridge: Greening Central London

London Bridge: Greening Central London

Team London Bridge manages 1 hectare of green space. For many years, we have worked with Darryl Moore, landscape designer at Cityscapes, to design, build and nurture incredible pocket parks, green alleys and verdant corners teeming with wildlife. Increasingly our projects introduce principles of circular economy, climate friendly planting and water management. Darryl will give a talk about planting principles from his book "Gardening in a Changing World" and lead a tour of several beautiful and surprising sites where his ideas can be viewed in situ. Projects include award winning relocated gardens from RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

Team London Bridge has a rich tradition of introducing greenery and biodiversity into the business district, re-imagining what previously inconspicuous urban objects, facades and spaces can become through imagination, effort and expertise. In person, London Bridge. London Festival of Architecture event.
