Elliott, is Head Gardener for a Tom Stuart-Smith designed garden in Scotland. He formerly worked at Cambo and became known for his skillfully designed and maintained perennial and seasonal plantings. Here he will look at the design, planning, layout and finessing of perennial plantings.
