Hey HUBBERS! We’ve been scouring our sources for new content and some of you have even started to get in touch regarding interesting events that you want to share. Thank you! This week we start with the poetic potential of our landscapes, hosted by Harvard GSD; And then the polar opposite , we look at the environmental cost of plastic pots with Growing Greener; The Gardens Trust hold the first in their series of Tree Talks; And the RHS are running a planting for pollinators workshop; we move on to the History of the Climate Crisis and then webinars and film screenings about Ludwig Koch the pioneer of wildlife sound recording; The Alpine Garden Society bring us a new series of talks this Autumn with the first one showing us the flora of the Silk Road and we have to bring you a National collection and this week its VITIS! And we end with the Horniman Museum and the exhibition Falling Birds illuminating the ongoing environmental crisis in relation to bird species. PLUS so much more!
