Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity in the Outdoors
Mohammed Dhalech will talk about his work and how the outdoors can become more inclusive for BAME and POC communities. Mohammed will talk about his work to engage Black and Minority Ethnic communities in the countryside and the outdoors, and how these environments can be made more inclusive for minority groups. His passion, since a teenager, is the outdoors. He lives in the Lake District, one of the most beautiful parts of the UK. His involvement with Mosaic Outdoors has been providing opportunities for BAME communities to safely access and enjoy the outdoors, whilst looking at how the sector can change to become more inclusive.
