As part of LBBD’s New Town Culture programme, Carole Wright from Blak Outside, worked with local families through Spring & Summer of 2021, to grow, care for the White House garden, and cook together. Working with soil and plant life, together they explored the histories of plants, nature and the built environment, and who has access to experiences outdoors. Meet her as she discusses this process.
